About the runoff results, Jackson said, “I know what it means to struggle. I cannot look away from the people who are fighting those same battles today. I’m running for the working mom who gets up before the sun, works all day, comes home, and gives everything she has left to her family. I’m running for the widow, afraid she may lose the home where she raised her children and built a lifetime of memories. And I’m running for every person who feels forgotten, overlooked, or left behind by politicians like Keisha Lance Bottom who stopped listening.”
His runoff opponent Lt. Gov. Burt Jones said, “Last night was election night and it did not turn out how we wanted it to. I wanted to take a moment to thank all of my supporters, all of my volunteers, all the many people who endorsed us along the way. From President Trump, to Governor Kemp, to all the sheriffs along the way that endorsed us and elected officials I appreciate you… and moving on to the next chapter in life.”

Georgia Republicans must be united in providing a clear contrast between our record of delivering common-sense conservative policies and the Democrats’ left-wing agenda.
