Last Wednesday, Sen. Tim Scott (R- South Carolina) addressed the Republican Midterm Convention highlighting the difference between Republicans and Democrats in different Senate races across the map. Scott is the chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Campaign Committee; the group charged with helping Republicans expand their majority in the United States Senate.
