Senator Budd Announces New Chief of Staff
Today, Senator Ted Budd announced that his Deputy Chief of Staff, Ryan Alban, will be serve as his next Chief of Staff. Budd’s current Chief of Staff, Tucker Knott, plans to enter the private sector.
About his new Chief of Staff, Sen. Budd said, “I am thankful that Ryan Alban will continue to serve my office and step into the role of Chief of Staff. Over the last several years, Ryan has held key leadership positions as a member of the team, proving himself as a dedicated public servant, strong legislative mind, and thoughtful leader.”
Alban previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff, Legislative Director, and National Security Advisor for Senator Budd. Before joining Budd’s office, he served an Infantry Office in the Army, including a combat tour in Afghanistan, and served as an Army Legislative Liaison to the Seante, Defense Fellow for Senator Josh Hawley (R- MO.), and Legislative Liaison for the National Guard in both the House and Senate.
About his outgoing Chief of Staff, Sen.
