North Carolina Democrat Party Holds Annual Drag Brunch

Yesterday, the North Carolina Democrat Party held its Annual Drag Brunch Fundraiser at state party headquarters in Raleigh NC. The event page solicits donations that directly benefit the North Carolina Democrat Party. There is nothing on the event page prohibiting minors from attending this event.

Once this event became public knowledge, Speaker Destin Hall highlighted the absurdity of Democrats trying to label Republicans as “weird.” In response, Democrat State Party Chair Anderson Clayton said, “you are.”

The event featured the performers: Bubble Liqueur, Missy V. Sour, S.S. Byrdie, and Phina5000. Here is one of the more concerning posts from these individuals.

Tim’s Take: This provides a clear example of how Democrats have failed to learn from the 2024 loss. Instead of moderating their views they are doubling down on the failed messaging. Most North Carolinians are at church on a Sunday morning, not a drag brunch. Apparently, this is news to the Democrats at the State Party HQ.
